In order to earn affiliate commissions you must make at least ONE sale to a customer via your personalized website.

• There is no restriction as to how many sales you can make

Sales Value (SV)

Sales Value is the price a customer pays for a product or service.

Whether you are a Customer (Member) or Affiliate, the purchase of any product or service by you (now or in the future) is considered a sale by the Affiliate who made the sale to you (or enrolled you into the system). If you become an Affiliate then this Affiliate is also referred to as your immediate upline or sponsor.

Business Value (BV)

Business Value (BV) is a percentage of the Sale Value and is used to compute the Affiliate Commissions.

• BV are equivalent to AUD (Australian Dollars)
• BV can vary depending upon the product or service and how much profit margin is available
• Subscription Services typically pay 30-70% BV (eg $100 service at 50% BV pays 50 BV)
• One-off Shop Sales typically earn 10-40% BV (eg $300 sale at 20% BV pays 60 BV)

Affiliate Status (AS)

Affiliate Status (AS) is calculated calendar monthly and may be based upon any combination of the following...

• Personal Sales Volume (PSV) - Total sales volume produced by all your Personally Enrolled Customers and Members
• Group Sales Volume (GSV) - Total sales volume produced by all your Personally Enrolled Affiliates
• Team Sales Volume (TSV) - Total sales volume produced by your Qualified Affiliate Team
• Personally Enrolled Affiliates (PEA) - Number of Affiliates Personally Enrolled by you

Fast Start Bonus (FSB)

The Fast Start Bonus (FSB) is a startup incentive paid to you on purchases by new customers in their first 30 days.

Your Affiliate Status determines the number of levels from which you can earn.

The increasing reward from deeper levels gives you an incentive to help your new affiliates to get new affiliates and customers. It also produces an income magnifying effect, replacing YOUR sales effort with TEAM sales.

Team Sales Commission (TSC)

Affiliates can earn a Team Sales Commission (TSC) on up to 10 levels of Qualified Affiliates.

Your Affiliate Status determines the number of levels from which you can earn.

Level 1 sales are those acquired by your direct efforts. All personally generated sales to customers and consumption by personally enrolled members and affiliates appear as Level 1 Commission.

Level 2 sales are those acquired by affiliates that you personally enrol. Level 3 sales are those made by level 2 Affiliates... etc

Matching Override Bonus (MOB)

Affiliates can earn an additional Matching Override Bonus (MOB) on up to 3 levels of Qualified Affiliates.

Your Affiliate Status determines the number of levels from which you can earn.

The MOB is calculated as a percentage of the Total Sales Commission (TSC) for the affiliate(s) on that level.

Global Bonus Pool (GBP)

When an Affiliate has successfully built large team of affiliates they may become eligible to earn shares in the Global Bonus Pool (GBP).

Your Affiliate Status (AS) and Team Sales Volume (TSV) determines whether you qualify to earn from any or all of 3 Global Pools. Each pool constitutes 1% of Global Sales BV and is shared equally between every affiliate who qualifies.

Because this pool can pay bonuses on affiliates who may not even be in the affiliate' personal sales team the company may place additional business constraints to qualify for this bonus.

eg A Platinum Affiliate with 80k TSV may only qualify for GBP1 and GBP2.

Member Status

When you introduce another member or affiliate your status is automatically updated from Member to Affiliate.
